ABOUT US 🤎🐾Welcome to Alabama Yorkies of the South!We are a small, family-run Yorkshire Terrier breeding program located in Alabama. Yorkies are a huge part of our family, and our goal is to raise healthy, loving, well-socialized puppies that are prepared to become someone’s lifelong companion.As a mom and someone who truly loves this breed, I know bringing home a puppy is much more than making a purchase. You are choosing a new member of your family. That is why I put so much time, love, and individual attention into every puppy I raise.🏡 RAISED IN OUR HOMEIn-home socialization is a HUGE part of our program.Our puppies are raised inside our home and experience everyday household life from an early age. They receive daily handling, affection, playtime, and interaction with people and other dogs in our home.Being raised around normal household activity helps our puppies become familiar with the sights, sounds, routines, and attention that come with living with a family.We don’t want our puppies’ first experience with family life to begin on pickup day. It begins here with us.🐶 OUR PUPPIESBefore leaving for their new homes, our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, veterinary care, health records, a personalized puppy package, and lots of love and socialization.Every family also receives a written purchase contract and health guarantee. We provide a 96-hour initial health policy and a one-year congenital health guarantee according to the terms of our contract.🤎 OUR VALUESThe health and comfort of our dogs come before cosmetic preferences. We no longer dock our puppies’ tails or remove their dewclaws.We believe every puppy deserves proper care, patience, socialization, and a family committed to caring for them for life.Being a breeder doesn’t end when a puppy leaves my home. Monthly Payment Plan
Start early and split your puppy’s total into simple monthly payments instead of paying all at once. Puppies are expected to go home in December or January, depending on heat cycles and birth timing. This option allows you to secure your baby now while spreading payments out over time for less stress. Most puppies go home around 8 weeks of age, fully ready for their new families. Every puppy also comes with a deluxe package filled with essentials to give you a smooth and prepared start.→ Pay over time

Buyer understands that monthly payment plans are only offered for future litters that are approximately 6–8 months away.Monthly payment plans are not available for litters that are already born or currently available.The purpose of the monthly payment plan is to allow the Buyer time to make scheduled payments in advance toward a future puppy.
Financing through Paypal
We offer financing through PayPal for approved buyers who would like more flexibility with payments. Depending on approval, you may finance either your puppy’s full balance or only a portion of the balance. Monthly payment plans may be available, allowing families to spread costs over time instead of making one large payment. PayPal offers plans ranging from several months up to longer-term monthly payments, depending on eligibility and purchase amount.Example payment estimates:
• $600 purchase: approximately $56/month for 12 months or $106/month for 6 months (based on example terms shown by PayPal)
• $2,500 purchase: approximately $130/month for 24 months (based on example terms shown by PayPal)Please note: monthly payments, interest rates, terms, and approval decisions are determined directly by PayPal and can vary based on creditworthiness and eligibility.

OUR HEALTH GUARANTEEThe health and well-being of our puppies is extremely important to us. Every puppy goes home with health records and is covered under the terms of our signed Puppy Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee.🩺 96-Hour Initial Health PolicyYour puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of pickup.If certain minor, non-congenital conditions are diagnosed during this examination, such as intestinal parasites, ear mites, or qualifying minor infections, we will reimburse the cost of one initial round of qualifying prescribed treatment with proper veterinary documentation.Eligible positive fecal testing may also be reimbursed. Routine exam fees, office visits, diagnosis fees, follow-up care, additional testing, and other veterinary expenses are not covered.If a buyer chooses a refund instead, the puppy must be returned in person within 24 hours of the initial veterinary visit. A buyer cannot receive both a refund and reimbursement.❤️ 1-Year Congenital Health GuaranteeOur puppies are covered by a one-year congenital health guarantee.If a licensed veterinarian confirms a qualifying congenital defect within one year of pickup, the buyer may qualify for a replacement puppy, subject to the requirements of the signed contract.Veterinary documentation is required, and additional requirements apply depending on whether the puppy is living or has passed away.💉 Continued Health CareAfter pickup, the buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy current on vaccinations, deworming, routine veterinary care, and preventative care.Health and vaccination records are provided at pickup.
